Front End Guidelines for Cardholder Applications

This document provides detailed guidance for developing the user interface (UX/UI) for the front end of a cardholder application that uses PayCaddy APIs.

Registration and KYC Verification

• Detail the terms and conditions at the beginning of the process with the capture of the Opt In at the end.
• Create a simple registration process to capture the data that must be sent in the user creation call.
  • Use dropdowns to standardize the data sent.
  • Implement verification of shared contact data (phone and email) via an OTP.

• Provide clear instructions on how to submit KYC documents and perform the life test before redirecting to the KYC URL.

• Provide a clear visualization of the validation status to the user.

Wallet Management

• Provide clear visibility of the amount available in each of the user's wallets.
• If applicable, include all the necessary elements to manage Top Up flows that are integrated into the product.
• If applicable, include a screen for the creation of secondary wallets.
• If applicable, include a module for managing transfers between wallets.

Card Issuance

• Include detailed information about the specifications and benefits of the offered product.
• If you offer multiple products, use a screen for product selection that is easy to use and visually appealing.
